ARGENTINE EXPERIENCE: WINE COCKTAIL & DINNER

 

An interactive experience where participants discover Argentine wine through cocktail making, combining hands-on activity, learning, and fun in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Guided by an expert host, guests will learn to prepare two different wine-based cocktails while exploring the characteristics, flavors, and versatility of some of Argentina’s most iconic wines. Throughout the experience, they will gain basic mixology skills, discover new ways to enjoy wine, and immerse themselves in Argentine wine culture in a dynamic, entertaining, and participatory way. Guests will enjoy an incredible 14-step interactive experience where they will not only discover the best flavors of Argentina but also actively participate in preparing certain dishes. Each step is perfectly paired with five exceptional wines for a truly unforgettable meal. MENU: Welcome: Patagonian trout tartare and Pét-Nat sparkling wine. – Hands-on: learn to make empanadas and prepare your own chimichurri. – A memory on a plate: savory chard fritters and chickpea flour fainá. – Picada (appetizer platter): sliced chorizo, blood sausage roll, and pork matambre. – Meat tasting: tenderloin with mushroom butter, slow-cooked "Thor’s Hammer" roast, and a feast of grilled seasonal vegetables. – Dessert tasting: dulce de leche crêpes, chocotorta, and regional sweets and cheeses. – Classes: mate and yerba mate workshop, plus an alfajores with dulce de leche class.
