Argentina. Puerto iguazú
The adventure starts with special vehicles called light-truck, with a short drive across streams and wild fields that lead to the heart of the ‘Selva Misionera’. The light trekking along a path within the jungle allows the identification of several species of native fauna and flora, its medicinal characteristics and energetic value. On arriving at the ‘Ärboles Gigantes’ path (Giant Trees), from a platform built at 20 m height, the majestic “roof of the jungle” is discovered, by means of “canoping” activities, that consist of moving among platforms placed at the top of the trees, with harnesses, special ropes and equipment. It is an amazing experience. Constantly assisted by specialized staff, the journey continues with a 200 m walk along the ‘Sendero del Salto’ and ‘Los Helechos Gigantes’, arriving at a 15 m waterfall where “jummar” and “wet rappelling” activities are performed (going up and down the waterfall with ropes). Way back by Light Truck, after going through an unforgettable experience.
